PURPLICIOUS!

I haven't blogged or posted new items in AGES. The first year with both children in school has literally kicked my behind! However, I have NOT stopped designing blankets and they are going out and about to all over the world, as far as Great Britain and Austrailia! This little number, however, traveled close and is making its home in Edmond with a little sweet "Jewel" named Reese! Check out the Mommy, Dolly & Me set as a potential shower gift. That is a gift nobody else will be giving, I bet! The blanket is a GREAT gift for the new Mommy to take to the hospital to spice up the decor in the room while giving some modesty while rocking the baby when visitors come. One Little Monkey & Lime Dots Burpee

This is a custom order for Owen's first birthday. (We hope he loves it!) The monkey face minky applique is sure to be a point of interest for every child and this blanket would be just as cute with the center sqaure as pink, blue, orange or any other color! As always, adding a name just makes it that much more special!! Fashion burpees seem to be all the rage right now! This super-hip burpee is for the modern Mommy & baby, made up of a funky dotted print minky with a coordinating cotton print. Adding an initial makes sure no other Mommie's (or Daddy's) will swipe it at playgroup! ;)

"Evyn" Crazy Patchwork Blanket

I will have to be honest. When my wonderful repeat customer picked this fabric, I WAS NOT crazy about it. I thought it would be bland, plain and besides my obligatory animal print, I was not happy about it. I told her I would do my best to make it beautiful though! Come to find out, it is IN MY TOP 5 favorite blankets of all times! The colors are vibrant and the crazy patchwork makes it one of a kind, as always with a Zudi & Vi Blankee! This is a 30x36 "Napper" blanket and is backed in beautiful chocolate brown minky. Thank you, Adrianne, for pushing me to do something out of my realm. I LOVE IT! (Hope Miss Evyn loves it too!)
